Why don’t I see data yet?
A few things run in the background after you act. If a screen looks empty, one of these is usually why.
New project still importing
Right after you create a project, the first sync is still running. Historical data lands within a few hours. The chart shows “No data available yet” until then.
Impact scoring is running
The first time you use the Impact filter on a project, Page Pulse scores its history in the background and shows a toast. Refresh in a few minutes to see impact scoring.
A source is backfilling
The first time you pick Direct, Paid, or AI, the historical per-source numbers backfill in the background. Give it a few minutes, then refresh.
Good to know
- If a project has had no data for more than a few hours, check the Google connection in Project Settings or contact support.
