Create your first project

A project is one website you monitor. Here is how to set one up and run your first sync.

Add the project

  1. Go to your Projects and click New Project.
  2. If prompted, click Connect to Google and authorize read-only access to Search Console and Analytics.
  3. Answer whether you have GA or GSC access for this site.

Pick your data sources

If you connected Google, choose your Analytics account and GA4 property, then your Search Console site. The project name and URL fill in automatically.

No Google access? Just enter the website URL. That creates a crawl-only project that tracks page changes only.

Choose pages and sync

  1. Optionally paste your XML sitemap URL so you can pick which pages to track.
  2. Click create. Page Pulse grabs a screenshot and queues your first sync.

Good to know

  • You can change your GA/GSC connections and sitemap any time in Project Settings.
  • Connecting Google only ever grants read-only access.
