Welcome to Page Pulse!

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Page Pulse (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, web application, platform, and all associated services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Page Pulse.

2. Use of Services

Page Pulse provides digital marketing professionals with tools to manage visual sitemaps, integrate data from platforms like Google Search Console and Analytics, track page-level changes, and receive AI-driven performance insights.

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy any aspect of the platform

  • Use the Services in a way that infringes upon others’ rights

  • Introduce malicious code or abuse our systems

3. Integrations and Third-Party Services

You may connect third-party tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics). By doing so, you:

  • Authorize us to access data strictly for the purpose of delivering features

  • Acknowledge we are not responsible for any changes those third-party platforms make to their APIs or data availability

We will never modify or post data on your behalf without your explicit action.

We comply with Google’s Limited Use Policy: we only access and use Google user data for the core functionality you request, do not use it for advertising or any unauthorized purposes, and only share it with service providers as necessary. The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Subscription & Billing (Powered by Stripe)

Some Services are available only through a paid subscription.

  • We use Stripe to manage billing and payment processing.

  • By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • You must provide a valid payment method. All payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • You can manage your subscription and billing through your Page Pulse account settings.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. AI-Generated Content and Suggestions

Page Pulse may offer AI-generated insights and suggestions to improve website performance and content effectiveness. These are provided as-is, for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for deciding whether or how to implement AI suggestions.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services (including software, branding, and design) belong to us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a limited license to use it only as needed to operate the Services.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You fail to pay fees when due

  • We suspect abuse or unauthorized use

  • We discontinue the Services (with reasonable notice)

Upon termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

8. GDPR and Data Protection

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following applies:

  • Legal Basis: We process your personal data to fulfill our contractual obligations, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or based on your consent (where applicable).

  • Data Processor Role: In handling your connected third-party data (e.g., from GSC or GA), we act as a data processor and you are the data controller.

  • Your Rights: You have the right to:

    • Access, correct, or delete your personal data

    • Object to or restrict data processing

    • Data portability

    • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Data accuracy from third-party integrations

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Page Pulse is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Lost profits or business opportunities

  • Claims exceeding the amount paid to us in the last 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Page Pulse and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
